The prompt for the first activity is “Disrupt enemy supply chains.”

The solution for the prompt is to complete two Resource Convoy activities. The Resource Convoy is an open-world activity where a group of enemies carry supplies across the map. These activities are indicated on the map by a chest icon. Thankfully, the two Resource Convoy activities can be done within any region of the Washington D.C. map.

Setting the Global Difficulty to Normal will help clear the activities faster.
